I was the skinny kid that got looked over. I lacked confidence, struggled to feel respected, and spent years fighting myself — through torn hip labrums from rugby, depression, weight that swung 40 lbs in both directions, and a hernia that knocked me off the stage I was training for.

But I came back every single time. My last cut I lost 45 pounds in 7 months and stood on a bodybuilding stage. I'm now studying for my NASM CPT because I know what it feels like to be at rock bottom with your body and your confidence — and I know the exact path out.

I don't coach from a highlight reel. I coach from experience. Every up, every down, every setback — I've been there. And that's exactly why I'll understand yours.
